Lemon Soprano is made with real dairy cream. 

Occasionally in a new bottle, a bit of the cream will have risen to the top at the bottleneck and prevent pouring. 

In this case, using a long spoon handle or chopstick, stir the thick cream back in, then give the bottle a shake.

Those bits of soft cream remaining are quite delicious!
